Service Rating : Steve Abbott is the best trainer I've had to date, all my questions were answered and he went through the course in a manner that everyone understood and could keep up with. Although all necessary content from the course was getting completed. He would deviate from the 'standard' course to give his own examples on how to do things to make it even easier to understand and he tailored it to suit our needs. He also went over content from the Turning training course that we previously had that wasn't covered by Mr Taylor. I hope we have Steve Abbott again.
Product : Everything about the office is great, office refreshments are great, seating in comfy. However the only thing i would improve on in the sandwiches, there was a couple of occasions where the variety wasn't great and some of us only had a couple to eat.
