Company overview:

Company Overview:

TBA Protective Technologies Ltd. manufacture passive fire protection products, specialising in flexible fire barriers, typically used to provide compartmentation in roof voids and large open spaces within buildings to delay the spread of smoke and flame. These flexible fire barriers provide a unique passive fire protection solution, being lightweight and easier to install compared to more traditional products like stone wool, especially in complex and space-restricted areas.

What are TBA Protective Technologies Ltd. using SOLIDWORKS for?

TBA is using SOLIDWORKS through Solid Solutions to gain the greatest flexibility to provide accurate, instructional and timely drawings to support installers, architects and clients to achieve the safest solutions in buildings.

ULSTER SHREDDERS

Company Overview:

Ulster Shredders are a leading manufacturer of industrial shredders. Their product range includes shredders that focus on confidential destruction, volume reduction, production processing and mobile shredding. Based in Castledawson Magherafelt, Northern Ireland, Ulster Shredders' equipment can be seen across the globe. Not only do Ulster Shredders provide shredders for SME and nationwide recycling organisations, but their engineering team also designs and manufactures bespoke shredders for individual customer applications. Producing a variety of machines from their U-5 to U-200, Ulster Shredders also manufactures and supplies spare parts, which are stocked in their warehouse and dispatched globally.

What do Ulster Shredders use SOLIDWORKS for?

As a company that design and manufacture industrial shredders, Ulster Shredders currently use the SOLIDWORKS design package to design and develop their shredders including designing custom bespoke solutions for their customers’ requirements. They have also recently expanded their SOLIDWORKS portfolio by implementing SOLIDWORKS PDM to enable their engineering team to collaborate on design projects and help other departments view designs and track project-specific documents.
