SolidCAM UK Ltd are a leading supplier of CAD/CAM software for the engineering sector. We are seeking an ambitious Engineer to work from our South Yorkshire Head Office in Barnsley.
SolidCAM UK is the UK reseller for SolidCAM selling direct to end users and working with Solid Solutions. We provide a complete sales/technical service associated with CAD/CAM, which includes support and training.
Duties include support, training, installations and Post Processor writing. A good telephone manner is essential and the ability to work without supervision.
The provision of a professional support service to our current and future customer base is an essential part of our current expansion and we wish to develop this section by the appointment of an additional applications engineer who can demonstrate a high level of CAD/CAM expertise.
Detailed knowledge of CNC machines (Milling and Turning) and being familiar with CAD/CAM software would be a desirable attribute.
