Despite attempting to help, I didn't feel that the first engineer who dealt with the problem had sufficient understanding of the workings of PDM to quickly resolve the query. However, the second engineer quickly diagnosed the problem & resolved the issue

I had an issue with SwoodCAM. The parts on the nest kept rotating 90 degrees when I had to manual nest some parts. Within a few hours the issue was sorted.
