You will be based at the Mansfield site in North Nottinghamshire. The site manufactures Promotional metal packaging for some of the world’s largest and most-respected companies.
Your mission in Eviosys
To provide technical design expertise to New Product Development (NPD). Review product design and build requirements to determine tooling concepts, design options, testing plans and specifications.
Build links between NPD, toolroom and manufacturing. Review product design and build requirements to determine tooling concepts, design options, testing plans and specifications.
As Design Engineer you will ensure projects are on time and within budget. You will be provide sound input on technical direction to the NPD Manager for preparation of long term business strategy and CAPEX plans.
You will deliver technical expertise on development of tooling and machinery to optimise manufacturing processes.
About you
You will be a proficient Design Engineer with experience using CAD software and knowledge of SOLIDWORKS.
A confident communicator working effectively in a cross functional organisation. You will be part of a small team established team.
This is a permanent position working Monday – Friday office hours.
