Alex was incredibly helpful and informative throughout, and helped me a lot with all of the issues I had had thus far using SOLIDWORKS.

The 1st responder was quite condescending in her response, assuming i had very little experience in working within solidworks data management. It was also implied that she hadnt read my entire problem statement, as i spenfically mentioned the need for admin permissions in order to perform what i needed to.
However, the follow up support engineer was much better, clearly understood our setup, and following his advice i was able to do exactly what i needed to.
