Elite Reseller Status: What does it mean?

SOLIDWORKS Corporation sets standards of excellence to ensure technical competencies within their support, sales and training functions. These standards measure the competencies through formal and rigorous examinations covering ten certifications. An engineer that attains seven key passes qualifies with 'Elite' status. The Elite status is highly coveted and requires extensive theoretical and in-depth practical knowledge.

At Solid Solutions we have over twelve years invested in recruiting the best engineers and training them to the highest standard. As a result we now have ten engineers with 'Elite' status - more than any other reseller.

This investment in skills and competency is evidenced in the very high levels of customer satisfaction that we consistently and increasingly achieve. It ensures that we are able to train our clients to the highest standard and respond quickly and efficiently to technical enquiries.

As well as these core 'Elite' we also have other experienced graduate and post-graduate engineers well on their way to joining them. In total our team share almost 200 exam passes.
